There is no fixed maximum. For smaller groups, we offer the Toyota Hiace (up to 10 passengers) and Ford Transit (up to 16 passengers). For larger groups, events, and corporate travel requiring more capacity, motor coach options are available. Yes. This is one of the more common requests we handle for weddings, corporate groups, and large family arrivals. Our dedicated Groups Management Team will assign drivers to each arrival, monitor all incoming flights in real time, and coordinate the logistics on your behalf. All you need to do is provide us with your guests' flight details at the time of booking.

As early as possible. For large groups, multi-vehicle coordination, and events during peak season (November through April) or around major holidays, availability fills up quickly. We recommend reaching out as soon as your travel dates and group size are confirmed so we can secure the right vehicles and begin coordinating logistics. For complex bookings, the more lead time we have the better the experience for your group.
